No, we do not accept any insurance plans. However, we can provide medicines sale receipt against your billed order to claim your insurance.
We accept returns if the medicine provided to you does not match your order. Please check your orders at the time of delivery and report any return request before you pay our delivery personnel. Our invoice has QR code which can be scanned for making payment online. You can get the QR code in advance if you call on helpline. We also accept cash / payment through NEFT as alternative.

We procure medicines either directly from manufacturers and from manufacturer authorised distributors only. With each purchase you will receive a printed invoice with batch no, expiry date and other vital details to track the authenticity of the medications.

Yes, you can buy other substitutes if you prescription lists the salt names instead of a brand name. You can always encourage your doctor to write salts name on your prescription instead of a specific brand name.

As per the Drugs and cosmetics act 1940, there is no provision of digital copy(Scan or photo) of prescription hence in order to reduce the misuse/abuse of medicines it is mandatory to verify the physical prescription. Please keep your prescription handy at the time of delivery

Prices of medicines fluctuate often and in the event that the price of the drug you have purchased is less than the purchase price paid, the difference will be credited to your theryco account you can use this against future purchases.

Express Delivery or emergency delivery refers to the orders that are processed and shipped immediately than standard delivery. Express Delivery orders are charged an additional fee of Rs. 99. Your express delivery order will arrive within 6 hours. The Express Delivery charges are not refundable except in the event of our error. theryco reserves the right to change or discontinue Express Delivery option at our discretion.
Cash or Card on Delivery (COD) is a payment method by which you can pay for your ordered item(s) in cash at the time of delivery.
No, we don't charge any extra amount for Cash or Card -on-Delivery orders.
Payment by COD option is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3: In the website, select products and add them to your cart and then in the Payment & Order Review page, simply ‘Select Your Payment Method’ as Cash on Delivery (COD). Then you are required to confirm your COD payment either by responding to our auto-dialed call or replying immediately to our Email or simply by calling our customer care number9555033444. If you have not received your order within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact us immediately at 9555033444 and we will re-ship the order to you at no extra cost. More often than not, our deliverables reach our customers on time. Only on rare occasions, it may take a bit longer
